Jennifer Corcran
Business Team Lead, Practice Administrator
As a business engagement coordinator, I assist in the front office when needed, help with recruiting patients, assist with marketing, assist the employees and doctor with obtaining training, manage our social media accounts, and oversee all onsite and offsite projects for the office.
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and am a mother to six, three children of my own, one that married into our family, and two Shih-Tzu’s. I graduated from the College of Southern Nevada with my degree in Business Management. I moved to Texas in 2020 along with my husband and have worked in various fields over the course of my career. I enjoy the different aspects of my job here at Gold Standard Family Dental and look forward to getting to know all our amazing patients here.
When I am not working, you can often find me watching the Odessa Jackalope’s, Midland RockHounds, Vegas Golden Knights, or the Chicago White Sox. My husband and I also like to attend concerts, go on adventures together, travel, and spend as much time with our family as we can.
Candy Frazier
Front Office Coordinator
As the front office coordinator, I help patients check in and out, collect payments, take care of insurance needs, assist with treatment plans, and confirm all upcoming appointments for the office. I have been here since 2024.
I was born in Odessa, TX. I graduated from Odessa College. I enjoy going on vacations, spending time with my family, and running around after my four dogs. When I am not doing that, I enjoy visiting family in Las Vegas and spending time with my friends.
Deborah Martinez
Clinical Team Lead, Registered Dental Assistant
As a dental assistant, I set up the rooms, take x-rays, sterilize equipment, help the patients with their needs, and assist the doctor with the dental procedures. I have been here since 1997.
I was born in Riverside, CA. I graduated from Ft. Davis. I enjoy traveling or just being at home snuggled with my two beautiful pups. When I am not doing that, I enjoy golfing, lounging by the pool, or attending the Midland Rockhounds games.
Dr. Joshua Corcran
I have worked as a dentist in both private and corporate settings and have seen how poorly patients are treated in some of those offices. I have dreamed of owning a practice where I can foster an environment that is built on trust as THE standard and foundation of care. I hope to grow Gold Standard Family Dental into the practice of choice in Odessa and Midland, and maybe one day all West Texas, without sacrificing that trust or family practice environment. I will do this by continuing to foster the relationships that have been created by previous doctors in the practice and by growing alongside each of your families as my family grows roots in this community.
